Today. You will meet our skipper and step into the private comfortable boat that will take you to Hvar Town and Pakleni Islands. Upon your arrival, our skipper will give you information’s about Hvar town and many stories firsthand. We recommend taking a 30 min walk to climb up to the fortress Španjola – Fortica for capturing beautiful pictures of the archipelago! Next, only 10 minutes away and we are surrounded by the sandy beaches of the Pakleni archipelago. You can enjoy the turquoise crystal sea for swimming, snorkeling, and rare natural beauties, like the smell of lavender and rosemary bushes. We will cruise the Pakleni islands archipelago and find the perfect bay for the group to enjoy. Cocktails, crystal blue sea, and beach parties combine so fine on a hot sunny day.
Today, we continue our Croatia with Bosnia private tour to Krka National park. After an hour’s drive, we will reach Skradin. You will have a short walk in the city where you will embark on the boat that will take you up the river to the entrance to the park. Today, we continue with our Croatia with Bosnia private tour. Our first destination for a day is the city Mostar, where the culture of the East meets the West. A city of stone, historical, political, and cultural center of Hercegovina. Mostar is the city of contrasts, wide roads, narrow streets, the traditional “Kujundziluk” (old bazaar). The world-famous Stari Most (Old Bridge) is the Mostar’s indisputable visual focus. The bridge’s swooping stone arch was originally built between 1557 and 1566. By the orders of Suleyman, the Magnificent. Next, we are going to have lunch in one of the local restaurants. You will try traditional Bosnian cuisine. Afterward, we are continuing the trip towards Sarajevo “the capital of Bosnia“.
After breakfast meet your local guide and join our private tour of Sarajevo. Find the great cultures and religions of South and North Europe, western and eastern Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. On our second day in Sarajevo, we will visit the ex Holiday Inn hotel, War tunnel museum, Koševo Olympic stadium, Jewish Cemetery, and Yellow Bastion. These locations are crucial for a better understanding of the story of “Siege of Sarajevo”. First, hotel Holiday Inn and a story about the infamous Sarajevo Sniper Alley. During the Siege used to be home to various foreign journalists and reporters. As we continue, the tour will take us to the Sarajevo War tunnel museum – “Tunnel of hope”. At the tunnel, we will see a short movie about the War in Sarajevo. The trip to the tunnel and all the way in the tunnel is covered with a true first-person experience of the classy guide, a survivor of the Siege of Sarajevo. This day we are leaving towards Dubrovnik. Together with our driver, you can enjoy sightseeing along the coastal road from where you will be able to enjoy beautiful views of the Adriatic archipelago. After 2 hours drive to our first stop, the city of Ston. It’s famous for the longest stone wall in Europe (5.5 km), salt cultivation farming, and oyster growing farms, since Roman times. Ston oysters are natural aphrodisiacs and make this region world-famous. Driving across the Pelješac peninsula, we’ll discover one of the most famous Croatian wine regions. Sandy soil and a maximum of sunlight are creating a primary condition for some of the top-quality Croatian red wines. We will have the opportunity to visit one of the local family wineries and try some of the best wines in the region. Refreshed after wine we end this day in Dubrovnik.
Finally, the Best of Croatia and Bosnia tour is reserved for exploring the old town of Dubrovnik. “Best of Dubrovnik” is a great tour to get to know the history of the town. First, we start at the monumental Pile Gate, located at the top of Stradun. The splendid main promenade street of the Old Town. Dubrovnik is known as ”the Pearl of the Adriatic”.
