PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is of great importance to us. This Privacy Policy exists to tell you what kind of information we gather while you visit our website and how we use such information.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information except when you submit it voluntarily through forms. Reservation & payment
When customer makes a booking, he/she guarantees that he/she has the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as the booking is confirmed on our system. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by Croatian law, and the jurisdiction of the Croatian Courts.

Customers who agree to cancel any part of their booking should note that their contract with ADRIATIC LUXURY TRAVEL and the supplier concerned will be terminated immediately. Immediate termination of the contract also applies where customers accept a refund, or part refund, at the time of cancellation.

By making an online reservation/booking via the web page booking system, you can choose between paying the full amount at once with your credit card, 20% deposit and the rest to driver directly after service is finished or you can choose paying total amount in cash (without deposit). Once you go to checkout and click pay now, you will get a confirmation email including contract.

Conversion statement
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Cancelation of travel&refund
Adriatic Luxury Travel reserves the right to cancel any transfer due to unforeseen circumstances, like extreme weather conditions (bad weather,strong wind,snow,closed roads and closed bridges).

Adriatic Luxury Travel reserves the right to cancel any transfer that is booked without 24 hour notice.

In case of cancelation of transfer 24 hours or more before the agreed date of transfer, transfer provider ADRIATIC LUXURY TRAVEL will not charge a fee for the cancellation and will refund the full payed amount.

In case of cancelation of transfer 24 hours or less before the agreed date of transfer, transfer provider ADRIATIC LUXURY TRAVEL will charge your credit card for the full amount of the reservation.

All cancellations must be in writing – by e-mail.

Liability insurance
All vehicles that are used for transfers are properly inspected and ensured in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Passengers insurance is included in the price of the transfer.

A passenger under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other controlled substances won’t be allowed to enter a vehicle and will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

A passenger whose behavior endangers the safety of driver, other passengers or other participants in traffic will be removed from the vehicle, and reported to local police department. Smoking,consuming alcohol or drugs in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Everything else has to be approved by the driver or the owner of ADRIATIC LUXURY TRAVEL.

Personal information security
The data from your credit card are given to guarantee the reservation, payment or billing terms formed according to owners of accommodation and those are expressed in the offer and the price of the confirmation granted after booking. To protect data from credit cards, we use “Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data are completely safe. SSL encryption is a tested system that allows your browser to automatically encrypt your data before you send them. For a special offer credit card can be charged immediately upon booking, with no possibility of refund. Please check your details when making such a reservation. In the case of fraud and abuse of your credit card by a third party, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all costs arising from the abuse.
Collecting information
